Ricotta starter

The flavours of the ricotta and mascarpone blends beautifully with the ginger, pecans and cranberries


400gr Ricotta
100gr Mascarpone
jar of Moirs ginger preserve finely chopped
cup of chopped pecans
cup of chopped cranberries
1 -2 Tablespoons Honey and extra for drizzling


  • Mix together the chopped ginger, pecans and cranberries
  • Lightly mix the mascarpone and ricotta in a bowl
  • Add the chopped ingredients and honey
  • Serve the mixture in small bowls and drizzle extra honey over before serving


Serve as a starter or as part of a sweet cheese board
