• 2 cups Basil Leaves
• 1/2 cup Raw Cashews
• 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
• 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
• 1/4 cup Lime Juice
• 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Place basil, cashews, parmesan, garlic and lime juice in a food processor. Pulse until chopped. With motor running, gradually add oil. Process until well combined.
- Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
