Pears in brandy
For special occasions make up a batch of these brandied pears and enjoy with your favourite bubbly!
1 – 2 Cinnamon sticks
350ml Glass jar
- Place pears in glass jar with the cinnamon stick and top up with the brandy.
- Keep in a cool place or fridge for 2 weeks or longer
- Pour a tot of the pear infused brandy into champagne glasses and fill with your favourite sparkling wine for special occasions.
