1 layer vanilla sponge cake, 40 g butter
250 (1 cup) icing sugar, 100 g Safari pears, coarsely chopped
Crumble the sponge cake in a food processor. Beat butter and icing sugar together. Add, with the chopped pears to cake crumble. Combine and shape into oval balls. Decorate with chocolate and Safari flaked almonds to make bees.
