Nuts & Fruit Swiss Muesli

Recipe from: I Love Cooking


250 ml Safari Dried Fruits of your choice (apple rings, apricots and dates or a combination of all or some)
3 x 250 ml Bokomo Oats
100 g Safari Flaked Almonds
100 g Safari Pecan Nuts, roughly chopped
250 ml Safari Seedless Raisins
125 ml seeds of your choice (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame or flax)


Roughly chop the larger dried fruits, such as apricots, dates and prunes and place them in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Tip the mixture into an airtight container, seal and store in a cool, dark place until required.

Serve with fresh fruits and milk or juice or yoghurt.

Yields about 26 servings
