Crispy Dainties


60 g Safari dried apricots
60 g Safari dried pears
200 g Safari pitted dried dates, coarsely chopped
100 g Safari dried cranberries
60 ml rice crispies
60 ml Moirs desiccated coconut


Combine apricots, pears, dates and cranberries  in a food processor and mix until finely chopped. Add the rice crispies and mix in well, using hands. Shape the mixture into teaspoon-sized balls, then roll in coconut. Store in an airtight container.
